Through our extensive network of trained, independent service people, we can provide assistance in getting a rapid response to your EBW equipment emergency. Often we can find one of the service people in our network who can respond quickly to your need. All have been trained by the original equipment manufacturers and they are independent service people whose livelihood depends on them providing satisfactory service and resolving your equipment problems. We will provide you a contact who is available or we can schedule them into your facility. Either we or they can make the arrangements with you.

Typical Field Service & Training Rates

USA Rates

Actual Charges: Air Fare, Lodging, Ground Transportation (Taxi, Limo and/or Car Rental)

Overseas Rates

Actual Charges: Air Fare, Lodging, Ground Transportation (Taxi, Limo and/or Car Rental)

Terms & Conditions:

• A purchase order number to be issued before travel starts.
• A signed Purchase Order will be delivered by the end of the first day
• An itemized Invoice will be sent with the total charges and a description of the work performed. Payment is NET 30 days from date of invoice.
• There will be a minimum charge of 8 hours for any call, not including travel time.
