Personnel: We have been associated with the electron beam welding business since 1970. We have extensive sales, applications, EBW job shop and aerospace turbine engine manufacturing and component repair background and experience. We have worked for Hamilton Standard, Leybold Heraeus and/or Sciaky, the major OEMs for EBW equipment as well as for the aerospace divisions of Chromalloy, Textron and TRW. Our staff includes the metallurgical, manufacturing, aerospace and design engineering disciplines as well as extensive hands-on experience with maintenance, use and application of this very specialized versatile equipment.

Electron Beam Welding Specialization: Our company focuses on the electron beam weld equipment produced by Sciaky, Hamilton Standard and Leybold Heraeus. We have one of the largest inventories of spare parts for these welding machines. In fact, the OEMs often come to us for components they no longer have available in their inventory. We also often have electron beam welders and welder supplies available that were manufactured by Wentgate, Torrvac, Steigerwald, etc. Spare parts are sometimes a bit more difficult for us to find for these machines and our stocks are often quite limited.

Vacuum Pumps & Components: We also stock a large selection of vacuum components and pumps. We often have a good selection of vacuum pumps and pumping systems from Stokes, Leybold Heraeus, Varian, Welch, Alcatel and Edwards. These pumps are available as "used-tested good" with a 30 day return privilege and "rebuilt" with a one year warranty. We also have a broad selection of vacuum gauges, sensors and controllers as well as vacuum flanges, piping and valves, some unused.

Automated TIG, Laser and Similar Systems: We often have specialized TIG welding equipment available such as Hobart's Dabber TIG systems, Sciaky AcuWeld equipment and those from Jetline, Merrick or Mark V Laboratories. We also have specialized systems such as CNC Laser Welding, Astro Arc Tube Welding Systems, Aeroquip Tube Brazing, Sciaky AcuWeld, Welding Lathes, etc.

Metallurgical Equipment: Most of the customers with whom we deal have need for sophisticated metallographic laboratory equipment and metallurgical non-destructive and destructive inspection requirements. To assist our customer base, we have a limited stock of quality microscopes, metallographic laboratory equipment, testing equipment and non-destructive inspection and test equipment.
